#9. Inner work, re-weaving a regenerative culture and philosophical musings with Al Jeffery
Episode Description and Synopsis:
Al and I explore what it means to live in relationship to the WHOLE again. Al is curious about how can we expand our minds and hearts to encompass all of who we are, and all of what is. How do we reweave a culture and a society that is restorative and regenerative. We explore the personal technologies (inner work) and social technologies (inter-personal skills) that supports this larger philosophy.
We also explore the importance of re-inhabiting the body and how movement can play an important role in trauma release. We speak about relearning and remembering healthy ways to be with our emotions and much more. This is a juicy one! Enjoy.

Al has very generously gifted / offered the digital version of the Bloom journal for my Patreon community. You'll hear me talk about the Bloom Journal in this months podcast for more info. They are Yearly journals that guide people through a longer-format Bloom Process, for reflecting on the year that's been, harvest insight and plant seeds for the year to come. Monthly/cyclical journals contain 12 shorter Bloom Processes for a reflective process each cycle (at your own rhythm, not tied to the Gregorian 'months') for coming home to yourself throughout the year. You can either print off the journal, or work straight from the computer. Enjoy the deliciousness and depth of this beautiful reflection journal. Thank you Al!
