So this month, Samantha is offering a very beautiful pdf download of a menstrual tracker that she has made. With beautiful earthy tones, I have printed it off to track my cycle - I’ve found it a much more grounded and connected way to stay in tune each month, rather than using an app on my phone. You can stick it on your wall or in your bathroom, or in your diary…. it weaves together the moon cycle on the outer wheel, and then moving in to the centre, space to write your menstrual cycle day, the date, emotional being, physical being - so if you are someone who bleeds and you want to start your practice of seeing how all of these energies work together, you can find that as a gift from Sam on my Patreon page. Thank you Sam.
