Natasha is a mother, a nature practice teacher and a documentary film-maker. Natasha and I explore how to find deeper soul nourishment from everyday nature. We speak a lot about how we can align our wellbeing with the wellbeing of the earth and the utmost importance of this.

How can we align our wellbeing with the wellbeing of the earth. Natasha used to run nature retreats for organisations like the UN, one world Ayurveda, Google and Airbnb.

GUEST BIO:

Natasha is a mama, a nature practice teacher and a documentary filmmaker.  Through her work, she helps nature lovers find deeper calm and clarity – without moving to the forest or becoming a monk!

Before sheltering in place, she used to lead nature retreats for groups from the UN, the SF Botanical Garden and One World Ayurveda in Bali.

Now she teaches people around the world through Nature Practice Flow, a beautiful online community of people committed to aligning their wellbeing with the Earth's.

She co-directed her most recent film, One Word Sawalmem, with Michael “Pom” Preston of the Winnemem Wintu tribe from Mt. Shasta.  It was a finalist in the Tribeca Film Institute short film program and was selected for 30+ festivals around the world.

Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, her perspective is also infused with 20 years of study with the Dalai Lama, nature retreats with Thich Nhat Hanh and learning from indigenous wisdom keepers and some of the great naturalists of our time.
